Loch Earn

Very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very well-equipped. A very good room standard for Scotland. Breakfast was excellent!

Upon entering the Loch Earn property, I didn't imagine the room would be so beautiful! Externally, the place has only a large lawn without any landscaping. Upon entering the room, I found the decor very cozy and beautiful. The room, bed, and bathroom were all very spacious and elegant. The hosts are very friendly, and it was a joy to arrive at the breakfast room, as we were greeted with many good mornings and a stunning table of food! The breakfast was super varied and delicious, but the charm was the gentleman who greeted us and brought us wonderful omelets. We greatly enjoyed our 2-day stay there and want to return. The only negative point is the Wi-Fi, which had a very weak signal in room #10 where we stayed, and we couldn't use it. To use it, we would have had to be outside the room. Loch Earn is a little far from the center of Inverness, but it's a very peaceful place.

The bathrooms are gorgeous, the highlight of the rooms. Very comfortable bedrooms. The spread that was laid out for breakfast was truly impressive, such a large selection. The host was very kind and has a laugh or two with us - very kind and gracious.

Hello, I stayed in your double room from the 19th to the 20th of August. The accommodation was nice, but for me a big downside was the urine-stained toilet and the splattered mirror left by previous guests. When I checked in, you did ask me if everything was fine, but at first glance I really didn’t notice it. This really should not happen! The breakfast was tasteless, I would rather not recommend it.

This was an EXCELLENT place to stay in Inverness. The host and breakfast was out of this world!! I will 1000% be staying here on my return to Inverness. Highly recommend.

This review is from my girlfriend, Cara O. We had the pleasure of staying here for one night on June 30th of 2025. The rooms were extremely comfortable and modern. Max showed us around and informed us of all the amenities. We are a huge fan of Max and the property. Breakfast was amazing! Plenty of options for hot or cold breakfast. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!
