A very convenient hotel for visiting Benidorm. Just steps from the famous Balcony of the Mediterranean, the Poniente and Levante beaches, and the historic center. A special mention goes to the owner, Maria: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful advice.

Everything was perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms are clean and a good size with lovely balconies. Breakfast is varied and delicious, including freshly squeezed orange juice. We've rarely had such kind and welcoming hosts who cater to their guests' needs. You do need to pay a little attention on arrival due to the one-way streets, but that's not the hotel's fault. On weekends (from 2 pm on Saturdays), you can park for free in the surrounding area if you're lucky enough to find a spot. We were even offered a parking space right next to the hotel at no extra cost. It's close to the beach and perfectly located for exploring Benidorm on foot.

I can only say good things about this hotel, starting with Maria's service. She's a sweetheart, very attentive to making sure everything is perfect and making everything as easy as possible. The room is super comfortable, with everything you need, and if you're missing anything, you can always ask and they'll provide it. You get a large bottle of water every day of your stay, and unlimited coffee and teas—all very good. The breakfast is excellent; they serve you personally and are always attentive to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, so you can sleep very well. I recommend it a thousand times over; it will be a place I return to every season. Thank you, Maria.

Unbelievable service! Very friendly lady with a very personal tour and explanation. Coffee, tea, and cake available all day. À la carte breakfast which is excellent. Incredibly friendly people here. Room perfectly fine and quiet street. The hotel's location is excellent, and we were allowed to park right next door because we only stayed one night. And all that for very reasonable prices! Absolutely recommended if you are staying in Benidorm.

The hotel is comfortable and very well located, especially considering it has one star. But what truly makes the difference are the people. María is simply exceptional. Her professionalism is impeccable, and her dedication seems endless: she's always there, working tirelessly, and, most incredibly, always with a smile, joy, and good humor. She's one of those people who makes you feel right at home. María, from the bottom of our hearts, we wish you that life returns to you all the good you give to others. And a very special mention also goes to Karin for her professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.

Received a super friendly welcome from Maria. The rooms aren't that big, but good enough. The bathroom, on the other hand, is nice and spacious. Everything is neat and clean. The breakfast is superb.
