The order is taking too long, it's been almost 2 hours and they're not answering the phone.

We tried to eat the potatoes, but not even the dogs wanted to eat them 🙉

A couple of orders and both were wrong. You order something and they send you whatever they feel like. They send me a half-dried brownie the size of a fig. I'm about to order again, you incompetent crooks!

Now it's supposedly called Maracucho flavor... They're really giving Maracaibo a bad name. A 40-minute wait for the cold fries to arrive. The 50g portion of "meat" was a gray, overcooked lump that looked like it was eating sawdust. I can't give it a lower rating because Google won't let me. And they don't even pay for the YouTube channel, so we have to put up with commercials every half song.

Home delivery orders are not recommended; they are unreliable and don't respond when orders are more than an hour late. Honestly, a huge disappointment because they lack professionalism.

What an awful experience! The guy who answered the phone looked like he was fed up with life. We waited two hours for our order, and when we finally got through, this guy answered. We had to cancel and order from a real restaurant. I wanted to try new things and not order from the big chains, and you realize that they're the ones who actually deliver and have staff who genuinely make the effort to provide the best possible service. Please don't order from these people; all you'll get is frustration and a terrible waste of time. Luckily, we paid in cash and were able to cancel the order after two hours.

We placed an order through Uber and it took them six times to answer our call. On the seventh call, a guy finally answered, and he was incredibly rude and hung up on us. We waited two hours and fifteen minutes for the order to arrive, and it still hasn't arrived. I'm going to do everything I can to get Uber to remove them from the platform because Madrid needs more restaurants like this than it should. I'm going to do everything possible to get a health inspection to see if they actually comply with regulations, because if not, they should just close the restaurant down.

I'd like to be able to comment on the food; however, after an hour and a half wait, I made a call that was handled terribly. The staff was unpleasant and assured me the order would arrive in 15 minutes… Three days later, I'm still waiting for it to arrive, or at least for a refund for the order that never came. Now I see the reviews and it all makes sense. I wish Uber had this kind of experience because now I'm dissatisfied with both. My overall impression is DISGUSTING, both because of the treatment and the service, especially since after waiting four hours, the order never arrived and I was left without dinner. Reading the reviews now, I didn't lose much, which is my only consolation. IN SHORT, A DISGRACE

If you want the WORST experience, this is the place for you. I placed a delivery order that was supposed to take approximately 45 to 60 minutes, but it took over 2 hours. During the wait, I called the restaurant several times, and the service was incredibly rude. To top it off, when my order finally arrived, one item was missing. The food was AWFUL. HORRIBLE.

The food was very good.

Those who leave good reviews must be family members because it's not normal. The food is poor quality, it's basic.
