Good value for money, we stayed one night for the trade fair, fine for one night

The area where the hotel is located isn't particularly good. On the plus side, there's a bar across the street, which is fine, and the bus stop is right next door. However, the bed creaks with every movement, it's rock hard, and the pillows are low and uncomfortable.

Hostal RR Ferias by Beleret is very far from the city center. We stayed two nights, which cost us €116 per night. Breakfast wasn't included; if you wanted it, it was an extra €11. The room was freezing cold, there was no soundproofing from the street noise, the beds were small and separate, and the shower drain seemed to have no way of working, as if the whole bathroom would flood. If you need anything, you have to go to reception, about 50 meters away inside the hotel. Quite a few shortcomings for the price they charge. I think the rooms are more than adequate for a maximum of €70. Having said all that, I can only say that once is enough. (I don't recommend it if you want to rest).

My partner and I arrived from Madrid and checked into this hotel. At first, everything seemed fine; we were very friendly and given a room. However, at 4 pm, the check-out time, the room we were given was still uncleaned! How is it possible that 1) someone working at reception wouldn't have a record of this, given that they're in charge of a hotel that's supposedly 3 stars and a hostel, and 2) that at 3 pm, a room still wasn't cleaned when check-out was at noon? We had to complain at reception, and they gave us another room, which didn't meet our requirements. We called to report the issue, and they told us that our request didn't exist. We had to pull out our confirmation email and read it over the phone to jog the staff's memory. To top it all off, the shower head was a mess, pieces of the bathroom door frame were missing, the bedside lamp was a cheap, poorly installed bulb, as was the one that lit the whole room... I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Excellent accommodation for occasional visitors, very close to the metro and bus stops. The check-in staff were very friendly. The room was cozy and basic, and very clean. I recommend this place and would stay again.
