Apartaments Cye Salou

Helpful staff, spacious apartments, pool, bar and everything you need to lead a relaxing holiday.

Stuck here at the moment wont refund us to go and stay somewhere good, its very noisy people ringing the phone, knocking doors and ringing the door bell all through the night also fire alarm was set off at 5am. We have been trying to leave here for 2days now the beds are terrible and rock hard and the double bed is two singles pushed together and the walls are paper tin. Terrible customer service worse place we have stayed in the 5 trips we have took to salou.

All in all, a fine apartment. Very hospitable staff. The kitchen is very small; with only two burners, it is difficult to cook a full meal at once. Furthermore, the apartment was "cleaned" briefly every day—beds made, and toilet paper refilled. Super nice! Unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon, but that is purely due to the location. It is quite far from the center/central area. And with a father who has mobility issues, that is quite a challenge. However, you are not bothered by outside noise here, which is really nice.

Been to the cye apts over the past 15 years and have to say it's one of the friendliest places you can stay. Once the apartments were refurbished they offer modern and very clean accommodation. Don't stay anywhere else in Saloue and have been back to the Cye four times over the past 3 years. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the cleaners leave the rooms impeccable. Right in the heart of the action and the bar underneath compliments the apartments well. Pool is excellent and you really don't have to venture far for anything else. 10 out of 10 for service, friendliness and cleanliness. All hotels should take a leaf out of the Cye book.

Recently stayed here for 4 night. We got the 'penthouse apartment' it has a large terrace and this is why we chose it. The layout of the apartment makes no sense, items for the kitchen in the same place as the TV, away from the kitchen itself. It's very higgledy piggledy and take away from the apartment. The room was very very dirty, we pulled the bed out from under the sofa to find a left over chocolate bar, sweet wrappers and it was just caked with dust. The net curtain out to the terrace ended up on the sofa one day and there was a strip of eyelashes on it (this is fairly disgusting). Some of our party walked around barefooted inside the apartment not on the terrace and their feet were black with dirt from walking inside. The terrace and location are the only thing this apartment has going for it. Do not be fooled by the renovated modern lobby, the apartments are not up to the same standard by any means.
