We entered during a slower time and usually I expect better service at that time but instead the bartender spent all his energy on his friends who were there. Our drinks were extremely overpriced. It was $80 usd for 2 rounds - each just having basic gin/tonic and vodka/soda. The bartender didn’t mix anything just poured liquor in a glass with ice and opened the mixer. In comparison up the street we went to an Indian restaurant and got a whole sampler of appetizers, 2 chicken entrees, naan, and 4 glasses of wine for almost the same price. Maybe not a direct comparison but one nonetheless. If you are looking for friendly gay atmosphere look elsewhere. If you want a bargain, run away

One of the best bar in Zürich , a nice vibe Yes it’s an Gay bar but the workers there : Marcelo, Viktoria, Kim and Thomas they are just the best Vibes of the place , you can share a good positive energy always. Saw a lot of bad experience in the Reviews but really don’t know where they have got it. Truly recommend it for all open and free people who take life easy without any any complaints .

Amazing bar! Always an incredibly pleasant atmosphere – everyone is truly welcome here! Victoria, Tommy, and Kim, in particular, make this bar something really special in Zurich. Horrible. Xenophobic. I left feeling upset and scared. Owner of bar appeared to be wasted and yelling at me for not speaking German and getting mad at me for mingling with guests - which is the whole point of a bar? Demanded I order more without even letting me finish my glass of wine and taking a break. Innapropriate behaviour that made me extremely uncomfortable. Multiple German guests yelling at a Jewish guy for not speaking German felt anti semitic. Unsafe, terrible, problematic place. Called an Arab guest “Aladdin.” Nothing okay here.

HORRIBLE. XENOPHOBIC. ANTISEMITIC. I’m a paying customer getting yelled at by a wasted bar owner, multiple guests yelling at me, a Jewish visitor, for not speaking German, is quite scary. Is it a requirement to speak the language in every country you travel to? DO NOT GO HERE, it’s HORRIBLE.

So far, I've only had wonderful guests, delicious drinks, and a fun-loving staff at Predigerhof. I really enjoy it; you feel comfortable, welcome, and at ease. It's a place where you can forget your worries for an evening. Thank you all for the wonderful moments and the great vibes! Lots of love from the heart of Zurich.
