Shared a room with my sister who’s going through Chemotherapy… This place was immaculately clean 🙌🏼Staff were onsite but we didn’t need them and were very available if we wanted…. Could not have wished for a better location to attend our nieces wedding…. Highly recommend 🙏🏼Well done Nox 🫶🏼xx We’re coming back soon ❤️❤️

Great location when you're in central Richmond, Thames river is right around the corner. Friendly reception staff, clean rooms, tiny kitchen is very handy. This place is cosy and romantic, with good value for money, highly recommended!

The location and service is great at this hotel, however the rooms are not sound proofed at all. You could hear everyone and everything. Sadly, the bed was so hard for us, and with just one pillow each, it made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you are a deep sleeper, this hotel is great. But light sleepers will really struggle.

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property is located directly next to All Bar One, and the designated smoking area is positioned immediately outside the room’s window which has no sound proofing. As a result, I was subjected to excessive noise, with people shouting and gathering outside until around midnight. When I approached reception to raise the issue and demonstrated the level of disturbance, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told, “What do you want me to do? It closes in 20 minutes,” which I found entirely unacceptable given the circumstances. I asked for ear plugs which they had none. Overall, the lack of consideration for guest comfort and the inadequate handling of a legitimate complaint made this a very disappointing stay.

Cheep not cheerful they let people keep dogs was so loud kept waking me up every 2hours if not for that it was ok for £60

Excellent place. They catered for my elderly parents by getting us a ground floor room.

The room was small, but the cleverly hidden kitchenette surprised me :) I was missing a coat rack. There are bedside cabinets, but you can't hang a wet coat there. It's hard to pass each other; one person has to either go to the bathroom or onto the bed xD. The bathroom has no electrical outlet. We had a street-facing room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the windows are old, so you can hear cars driving by and customers chatting outside the pub downstairs. The floor is a bit creaky, and you can also hear louder conversations coming from behind the wall. Despite everything, it's clean, close to a bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Lidl, plenty of pubs, and a promenade along the Thames. A very nice neighborhood. It's fine for a few days :)

Great location and close to restaurants, shops, cafes etc. The room was in the basement and was a little basic. Though it has a TV, kitchenette area, and a jacuzzi which takes up a good portion of the room. I would have preferred a larger bathroom rather than a jacuzzi in the bedroom, as the bathroom itself was tiny. The layout could be improved greatly. Was kept awake on the first of my two nights here by staff walking up and down the metal staircase directly outside my room at 00:15. Not ideal and it made me think it was a guest or member of the public messing about at first. It wasn't, as I believe the staff were moving laundry or something. The rooms aren't very well sound proofed, and there was a lot of noise from other guests which came through the walls, particularly from a above. It sounded like someone moving furniture about, which wasnt quiet at all. The security measures in place were good. Entry was video a key code and room keys were electronic. Unfortunately, the staff on reception weren't always welcoming. One girl didn't even look up from her phone when to acknowledge us when we entered the hotel. That is, of course, a training issue however. Would I stay here again for around £240 a night? Only if I couldnt find somewhere else, but London pricing is always overpriced for what it is.

A great little hotel. I needed a hotel for a night in Richmond and this is 10 mins walk from the station. It was pouring with rain and the welcome wasn't very warm, but the rooms was great. Small but had a small kitchenette in a cupboard - 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Basic cooking equipment. Tea, coffee, small milks in the fridge Good sized bathroom with small shower ( you wouldn't want to have to bend down in the shower) The tap in the kitchen sink was wobbly and a smoke alarm in the room flashed all night and disturbed me. Flashing red so batteries running out. Nowhere to leave messages in reception when I left

Stayed here over Christmas, Room was amazing and the staff were super helpful. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much
