Premier Inn London Brentford hotel

Massive thank you to Sorina, she was amazing and great customer service. She made our stay so much better

As you would expect from a Premier Inn, standard room, with a comfy bed. The shower leaks all over the floor and soap dispensers don't work, so good job I brought my own. Nothing worse than the toilet tissue dispenser! For what you pay at these places, the least you would expect is that they would provide proper toilet rolls.

Understaffed. In need of refurbishment very tired rooms.

Been here a few times for business travel, overall decent rooms and very close to nearest stations/shops. Good location. The breakfast is top! The host Sorina was very attentive and always going above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed. Very impressed and really good service! Thank you Sorina and the premier inn team. Hi,i have curly brown hair big lashes i hope you remember me,SORINA was amazing she had amazing customer service i honestly had a bad day and as soon as i went downstairs for brekfast she greeted me very nicely she honestly needs a promotion!!!!!

I highly recommend Premier Inn London Brentford! It's a great hotel and I had a wonderful experience. I want to give a special mention to Jenni from the housekeeping team. She is incredibly hardworking and takes her role very seriously. She pays great attention to detail, making sure the rooms are spotlessly clean, and she is also very helpful during breakfast. It's rare to see someone so dedicated and attentive. Thank you, Jenni, for making my stay so pleasant!✨️🧹🧼🙌❤️

We recently stayed at this hotel and found the atmosphere calm and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. We had breakfast in the restaurant, where the host and a Sri Lankan chef named Prabath were very helpful. The food was scrumptious. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return again.
