Excellent stay at the hotel, unique touches. Good breakfast service, lunch and dinner options, a very pleasant heated pool, and a fully equipped gym. I would definitely return! ✨

The hotel is very nice, has all the amenities, the service is good, and the food is truly delicious. Overall, the experience could have been excellent. However, it has a significant problem that, for me, is not minor: the rooms are adjoining. Your room is separated from other guests' rooms by a door, and the partitions between rooms seem to be made of a flimsy material, so you can hear absolutely everything from one room to the other. This is quite uncomfortable, especially if you're traveling looking for rest, privacy, or peace and quiet. You end up hearing conversations, noises, and situations of strangers, and they probably hear you too. It's a shame, because the hotel has many positive aspects, but this issue significantly detracts from the experience.

Very good! I recommend it. The breakfast was very good, typical Argentinian, with lots of bread, jams, fruit, and scrambled eggs. The heated pool isn't very big, but it's perfectly adequate!

Very convenient and with parking, plus a gym and pool

Beautiful hotel, very nice, small, spotless, very clean, spacious room, small heated pool but very good service, excellent breakfast! Excellent service in the dining room! The dining room is open all day until 11 pm (that surprised me) and has a variety of delicious dishes! Good prices. The location is good... the streets are a bit dark at night... we took taxis at night... not during the day... the hotel offers tour services, which is great! Highly recommended, I would return!

It's a nice hotel, but it's not a 4-star hotel as listed on Despegar, and there are better options for the same price. It's nice, but we chose it because it included a spa service, and when we arrived, we found that the spa was in another building and cost an additional $100 USD per day. They have a small heated pool that was always dirty, so if the spa is your priority, don't go to this hotel. As for the service from the lobby staff, it was impeccable, and the cleanliness was spotless. The breakfast was very good; they always had new options, and everything was delicious. My only complaint is that breakfast started at 7:00 am, and one day I had to go for breakfast at that time because of an early excursion, and nothing was ready. In fact, we felt uncomfortable because the cook kept repeating how early it was to have to start. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Everything is new, practically brand new. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. It offers a heated pool, a natural pool, and a sauna and spa. Full breakfast. Excellent service and value for money. The acoustics in some rooms could be improved.
