Everything was great.
The rooms are very small and separated by a door. You can hear everything your neighbors do, which kept me awake for two nights. The dining room is nice. The neighborhood itself is very bad; you can't walk around at night.
It’s a little out-of-the-way in the downtown district. About a 15 minute walk from where you wanna be. The staff have been incredibly accommodating. None of the bad things I’ve read in the review reviews have happened to me. And I’m a tourist from the United States who usually would take it right up the ol…. I enjoyed my stay at this place. The water pressure is excellent. The water is hot. There’s an actual restaurant and bar in the place that is decent and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I would highly suggest staying at this hotel when visiting Mendoza. But yeah. It is a touch. And not too far. I’m talking about three blocks or so out of the butter zone, but I don’t think that makes a difference in this case. Thank you for your hospitality. I watched the Austria Argentina game in the restaurant and it was an excellent experience.
I wouldn't return. The heated pool has no handrails. The changing room is only big enough for one person. They don't provide bathrobes. You have to walk through the restaurant to get in or out of the pool. The breakfast was varied but not very good. And the staff at breakfast were unfriendly. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room, which was the furthest from the hallway. There was no hairdryer.
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, excellent service, all facilities very comfortable
