Pleasant place, well-functioning, space for those who like tranquility and rest during the week, good service. I liked it.

Thermas Botafogo is one of the best saunas I've ever been to, a place where I can relax and enjoy an incredible experience. I was very well attended to by the waiter. The sauna is very clean, with a barbershop and massage therapists. Excellent place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it to all customers. Congratulations, Thermas Botafogo!

I thought the service from the people and the companions was excellent. Especially Carlos.

There were some mercenary GPs on site, but I had a lot of fun, since I had plenty of money to spare.

Guys, all I get from this place is complaints. We need to find the owner and tell him to fire all the employees he hired.

That Marcos at reception is always on his cell phone, the reception service is terrible, not to mention it takes forever to open the gate 🥲 ugh

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. I placed an order at the bar and waited for over two hours without any response. When I inquired about the status, I was met with a rude and mocking response from an employee named Emerson, who introduced himself as the assistant manager. The atmosphere, despite being spacious and comfortable, completely loses its value in the face of the lack of professionalism in the service. The assistant manager himself, Emerson, seemed uninterested and unprepared, remaining on his cell phone with no intention of resolving the problem. Furthermore, his arrogant attitude and the disdainful look he gave me reinforced his disregard for customers. I do not recommend it and certainly do not intend to return.

Our expensive sauna cost 45 reais, it was super empty, not even worth it for the sauna itself, which is old and doesn't heat up. It was the worst place I've ever been to in Goiânia.

Always good, great bar service, great barbershop, clean and cozy atmosphere.

I checked Google and it said it was open, I took an Uber, got there, and it was closed. We called and no one answered. Can we trust this company?
