I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at the sauna facilities last weekend. Upon using the provided locker, I found two dirty towels inside, demonstrating a lack of care in cleaning and preparing the space for customers. Furthermore, both the steam sauna and the dry sauna were in a state of hygiene and maintenance below expectations. The environment was visibly dirty and had unpleasant odors. In the dry sauna, in particular, there was a very strong smell, similar to a burnt candle or some unsuitable product, making it uncomfortable to remain there. Overall, the environment was not pleasant and did not provide the wellness experience expected from a space of this type. I hope that measures will be taken to improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of the environment, preventing other customers from experiencing the same situation.

And the best sauna in Goiânia, without comparison, safe environment, very clean, friendly and very polite staff, tasty snacks and always ice-cold beer 🥰🥰
