The best sauna facilities in São Paulo, however the prices for the lockers/rooms are exorbitant, as is the price of the bar, which is unrealistic. Fun is guaranteed, but it comes at a price. The website indicates how many people are in the hotel and has real-time updates.

I just went today (Fri 15 May'26) for the first time. I was reluctant to come thinking it was Friday and might not be worth it. Oh dear, how wrong was that thought! Despite being an ordinary Friday without any special event in the city or at the venue itself, and it's not month-end, I arrived towards 7 p.m. and it was reasonably busy already. Then more and more people started to come at 8 onwards. (P.S. I didn't get to stay much longer because I have a morning flight 😖) Imagine how busy it could be at weekend! Most clientele are either fit or blessed (or both!). I didn't spot any untouchable posers. Most guys were ready to have a good time, but of course you need to accept and respect that not everyone is for everyone. The place itself is clean, though I spotted some improvement work in progress in the toilets and shower room. Staff were professional and friendly. I didn't sense any drama queens with bad attitude behind the till. The price is accurate on the website. No drinks included, although you could ask for a tap water from the bar. Towel is charged separately (BRL20 on my visit), not sure if you could bring your own. Flips flops are available for free, no need to bring your own. It's not my first visit to Sao Paulo, so I'm not sure why I never came here on previous visits. If you're visiting SP and have been thinking about checking out this place, just come and have a good time!

The steam bath was broken and the sauna not very warm and smelly. A pitty, because with a little more maintenance the place would be great.

The quality is increasingly declining. The staff, then, are terrible in every way. Nowadays, the sauna is only big in size, because the quality is zero! Especially the bar, which is awful! I believe that what's needed to start an improvement process is quality management and a major overhaul of the staff, carefully selecting those who provide good service and valuing them. The rest should be fired and out!

I arrived at the hotel after midnight, the day after the holiday, and they still wanted to charge me holiday rates. I felt cheated.

The on-site experience made it quite clear that the price charged does not correspond to what is actually offered. Although the proposal is interesting, the constant feeling is that the high price creates an expectation that simply does not hold up in practice. The facilities offer only the basics, without any differentiating factor to justify the costs. Maintenance could be better, the cleanliness is unimpressive, and some details show a lack of care. The service follows the same pattern: polite, but without any distinction, as if everything only works at the limit of what is acceptable. It is impossible to ignore that there are options in the same category that deliver much more for the same or even lower price. Here, the experience gives the impression of paying for something that never actually happens. My goal is not to criticize gratuitously, but to honestly record what I experienced. For the price charged, one expects excellence. What I found, however, was only the bare minimum — and this makes it difficult to recommend or revisit the place.

Terrible! One of the worst experiences I've ever had at this place. Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse! To make matters worse, the last time I went, in addition to the terrible service—they sold me a suite and couldn't deliver everything they promised—THEY STOLE MY WATCH FROM INSIDE MY CAR WHILE IT WAS PARKED WITH THEIR VALET PARKING SERVICE! I've complained and spoken to the staff several times, but just as they couldn't resolve the issue with the suite they sold me, they pretend nothing happened to my watch. AND I RESEARCHED WITH FRIENDS WHO FREQUENT THE PLACE AND THEY TOLD ME IT'S COMMON FOR THINGS TO DISAPPEAR FROM VEHICLES WITH THE VALET PARKING SERVICE!! BEWARE!!!!!
