I went on a Saturday afternoon, the day before the 2026 gay pride parade. The place was extremely dirty, and the worst part was that there was no water. Toilets were full of feces, and they were fine with that. Showers without showerheads and dirty pools. No water for anyone. And people kept coming in at the entrance. They had a moral obligation to shut the place down. Total dishonesty as a customer. I'll never go back to that place. I didn't even stay 30 minutes and I left. Never again.
Terrible!!! An hour and a half in line to get in. They removed people from the line promising to let them in through the back to speed up the process, and then said there was no way to get in and that they had to go back to the same line, this time from scratch, because they had lost their place. Once inside, there was no water on the first floor, and then there was no water in any of the bathrooms. Getting a drink at the bar with the place full was impossible, only 2 servers. Plus, a bottle of mineral water cost 18 reais. ABSURD! And to get out, another half-hour wait. A TERRIBLE experience.
Cher et pas très propre, eau du jacuzzi douteuse. Énorme file d'attente. Attention clientèle très hautaine qui se prend pour des princesses , tout le monde tourne et seuls les très musclés semblent s'amuser. L'ambiance est mauvaise.
I've been going to the sauna for a few years now when I visit São Paulo, and the quality has steadily declined. The last time I went (last weekend), the steam room had stagnant water, so there were hardly any people inside because it felt like your feet were swimming in it. The shower water was lukewarm to freezing cold; it seemed like they lowered the temperature to reduce the amount of water used. Besides, it was cold in São Paulo that night, and there was no heating in the building, so I was freezing. I didn't stay long. I wouldn't go back.
My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. During a short stay, I had to change rooms three times (suites 144, 130, and 136) due to a lack of hot water in the shower. At times, I had to use the bathroom in the common area to shower, which is completely unacceptable for a stay at this price. Maintenance was very slow to respond, and I had to go to reception several times to demand solutions to the problems. Instead of resting, I wasted time dealing with basic issues that should have been resolved before any guest arrived. The most frustrating thing was the lack of concern for the customer experience. Even after all the inconvenience, there was no compensation, discount, or attempt to mitigate the situation. I paid R$ 776.00 expecting comfort and quality, but I found disorganization, stress, and service below expectations.
