I've been a customer for a long time. And when I went to the bathroom, they tried to force me to buy something. Petty and unnecessary embarrassment.

The place is acceptable, though I think it could be aesthetically improved. The drinks arrived quickly, but I feel the waiters could be a bit more approachable with the customers. There are chairs outside, which is a nice, cool spot if it's hot.

A place where you're not welcome. It seemed like we were inconvenient just for sitting down. The waiter's service was awful.

I don't know the cuisine, but everything else is great.

I had a terrible experience going to this place. I was removed from the premises by an extremely arrogant employee, treated with complete disrespect, and thrown out onto the street as if I were nobody. After that, they called a guy who claimed to be from a gang and that he "managed" the establishment, making threats and saying they would call other people from the favela. So here's my advice: don't go to this place. Only God knows what can happen there. I love Rio de Janeiro, but this place offers absolutely no security and even less respect for its customers.

The caipi was terrible, I bought two and they refused to exchange them.

You pay 12% on any drink or food, for example a drink that costs R$36.00 on the menu comes out to R$40.32 when you pay. It should be the price advertised. I didn't like it.
