Friendly and accommodating staff!

Drove on from Montreal to see a concert in Orillia. Booked at the hotel after seeing the website, looked very comfy and clean. Well it wasn't It is dirty, moldy, invisible staff, horrible Continental breakfast, eggs were water logged, danishes were stale, fruit unripened.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

The room was nice for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was terrible. We specifically booked this hotel because others said the breakfast was excellent. Watery scrambled eggs was the only hot food option. Coffee was good though thank goodness. The bed was very comfortable.

Had a great experience here...staff was fantastic, friendly...had an issue with one of our tvs...spoke to front desk and it was fixed right away...loved the little kitchenette...breakfast was super good...we will definetly be back here again...Thank you to Karanand all the staff for a great visit. Second stay here...everything was fantastic...roomwas great, breakfast was great...staff is the best...this will always be our go to in Orillia.

We've come to this place each spring and fall for several years now Its been disheartening to observe the decline in structural maintenance and interior cleanliness. I could make a long list of obvious neglect unchanged from our previous stay in November. This time, as we entered suite 201, the first thing we saw were huge splotches of greasy stains on the carpet. It was a revolting first impression I couldn't feel at peace thinking of previous actions of people before us. Thankfully there was palmolive detergent and a scrubby sponge, and I set to work. Several go-overs and the results were remarkable. Nice to know that the carpets can be cleaned if management cared. On a better note, the bed was comfortable.

A once great hotel, now rundown. In need of renovation . Rooms are not tech friendly

Very disappointed with our stay. We have stayed here multiple time over the years, the last time being around 8 years ago. We recently booked the Luxury Suite and were so excited to go back, but our “luxury suite” looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained since we last went 8 years ago. I understand normal “wear & tear “, but it was so run down, stained and dirty. The shower was full of mold, the bathtub had hair in it and the towel bar in was laying in the tub..:things were falling off the walls. The walls had drips and stains on them, and holes all over the place. The vents had layers of dust. There was an old key card on the floor…just very disappointing. Maybe it was just the room, but by the time we got checked in, we didn’t have time to go elsewhere as we had a concert to attend to. This inn has so much potential, but ultimately seems really run down now and we will not be returning.
