Our studio king room was all we needed, clean & comfortable. Parking lot view but the sunset was beautiful. Had a fireplace but not needed. Kitchenette was very handy. I am not a fan of carpet so that was a down for me. The continental breakfast was just ok. Eggs cold, no protein. All else was as expected for continental style. I will say the coffee was actually good. Very convenient location too. Staff wonderful. If in town again, we would go back.

We come to the Stone Gate every year for a golf weekend and they treat us fantastic , the rooms are clean, always ready on time, and the staff is always looking for ways to help us. We will continue to come here as long as we can golf

We enjoyed our stay at Stone Gate. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly thoughtful and informative. They are doing renovation however noise was never a factor. The pool although small was perfect for a dip. The man on the desk was friendly always a joy to talk to. Our only suggestion was to encourage some more landscaping. We will return and would recommend. I wish them great advances in thier renovations and will look forward to our return stay to see hiw its going. The couple from Niagara Falls.

WARNING! I have tried to reach Atthar the Manager for over 2 weeks I have called left msgs and sent multiple emails To discuss blocking out 10 rooms for a few nights. I have talked to employees they have said they have told him to call me and that they have texted him they even gave me specific times that he would call me back and nothing.100% ignoring me and ghosting me for no reason. Im literally just trying to give his business money. But its a good thing because after reading all the Reviews on how dirty and broken down this property is I really feel lucky we all didint dump thousands into staying here. Terrible customer service and professionalism some of the worst I have experienced and this is the general Manager we are talking about. O-10 just disappointed and angry at this whole situation.

I'll begin at the outside where I found cigarette butts all over the driveway by the front door. Then I walked past the dead flowers in the planters at the entrance. It was the end of May and the remnants of flowers were from last year. My room was still being clean (at 6 pm) but things happen so I'll give that a pass. The room did not have any Kleenex and was missing the telephone. The digital box for the TV was unplugged but I figured that out. There was a huge stain on the bathroom ceiling, the smoke detector was covered with plastic, the table between the beds hadn't been cleaned in ages and the drain under the kitchenette sink was leaking. To top it off, the Keurig machine didn't work...at 4:30 in the morning. Fortunately I had one in the car so I grabbed it. It's sad how this hotel has gone downhill. I won't recommend it to anyone
