Very well located and excellent value for money,

It's an average place with high prices. The restaurant menu isn't very varied. The housekeeping service is poor; sometimes they haven't even come to clean. There's always something missing, like towels or complimentary toiletries. I find it rude that they come in whenever they want (9:45 am) to check if the room is ready or if they're leaving. The rooms are poorly ventilated.

Overall, it's adequate. However, the carpet isn't very pleasant; it traps a lot of dirt and debris. The underground parking garage is gloomy and looks run-down. The reception service was excellent, and the room was generally pleasant, except for the carpet... Ceramic tile flooring would be more hygienic. The bed was good, clean, and everything was clean and in fair to good condition. The breakfast buffet was poor to mediocre, with a very limited selection and no clear protein, except for the eggs, which were plentiful. The meat was mysteriously finely chopped or shredded with a marinade; there was no way to tell if it was meat, soy, or who knows what. The food was expensive and ranged from poor to mediocre. The coffee was terrible.

My four-night stay at this hotel with my son was extremely unpleasant and far below what any guest should expect. Here are the main problems: - Lack of basic supplies: Upon arrival, the room had no towels. I requested them at reception in the afternoon, and they weren't delivered until after midnight, only after I had to insist again. - Poor cleaning: Cleaning was practically nonexistent. On one occasion, they only made the bed, without removing trash or vacuuming the carpet. There were two days when they didn't clean the room at all, which led to an accumulation of waste and discomfort. - Poor service at reception: When I complained, the receptionist displayed an unsympathetic and even hostile attitude, denying what had happened and suggesting I was lying, based solely on internal records without verifying the facts. - Insufficient breakfast: The included breakfast was of very poor quality: there was no coffee, the fruit was scarce, and the stews ran out quickly, making it impossible to enjoy. -Basic service failures: The room phone didn't work, forcing me to go downstairs myself every time I needed something. -Violation of privacy: One day, before 9:00 am, they opened the room while we were inside. They barely knocked and entered immediately, which I consider a serious breach of respect and privacy. -Dilapidated facilities: The sink was clogged, the shower had mold, and water pooled in the bathroom. The carpet was visibly dirty, the elevators were very old, and for a long time only one was working. The sheets and towels looked stained and worn, giving an impression of filth. Conclusion: It was four nights filled with discomfort, poor service, and facilities in disrepair. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. I hope that immediate action will be taken to correct these deficiencies, which according to other reviews have been unresolved for some time, reflecting a lack of commitment to quality and guest well-being.

If you're looking to avoid sleeping on the street, this is the hotel for you. It's very old, the towels are old, everything is old, and nothing works. They don't provide towels, and the air conditioning blows hot air. The pool is dirty. The mattress is decent, and the staff isn't rude, but you end up yelling at them about the missing items. Breakfast is okay.
