Hotel Krystal Monterrey

The service and the hotel are excellent, and Aaron's service at the bar is exceptional 🤠

My family and I stayed here on Thursday, June 10th. We didn't sleep; we had terrible itching, and the sheets were infested with dust mites. The staff didn't provide good information about parking.

The service and location are excellent. As for the infrastructure, the lobby and exterior look nice; however, the hallways leading to the rooms (carpeted), the elevator, the ceilings, and the rooms themselves are quite run down. There are several leaks and the ceilings are in poor condition. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. In my room, there were hairballs, crumbs, and rings on the tables. The sofa was dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom—basic issues that should be addressed during room cleaning and are easily noticeable to guests. It was quite uncomfortable because it made me wonder if they had actually changed the sheets.

Excellent service and tourist area

Great service from all the staff, we had our managers' meeting there and it was a nice place, and well located for walking to Barrio Antiguo for dinner.

I had an amazing stay at the Krystal hotel. The staff was amazingly kind from the moment you step in and it made me feel like I was at home. The room was everything I expected and the 24 hour room service was amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here in all my future visits.
