Hotel Victoria

Affordable price. Basic rooms. Problems with the water supply for showering. The service was terrible, especially regarding the parking, which is a block and a half away (and yes, part of the hotel). The person who attends to the parking attendant has a horrible attitude, and if you need to leave early, forget it; you can only knock once, and they come out whenever they feel like it.

Terrible service, they didn't have towels, they gave us 3 even though the room was for 5 and they didn't resolve anything, the stairs were full of dirty sheets, the TV had no remote or buttons and nothing worked

It's very quiet and comfortable.

There were no accessible cables to charge devices (like my phone), the water was cold, and the weekend attendant was terrible. She kept me waiting for a room for an hour until I had to ask if it was ready. They charge you for the TV remote. Then they charge you another price at the end, so next time I'll choose a slightly more expensive option, but not as bad. I'm not trying to be a nitpicker, but the sheets and towels were ancient. And I had to carry my suitcases up the stairs like a carrier because, at least to me, they said there was no elevator. I wouldn't stay there again. P.S. The shower was just a pipe sticking out of the ceiling.

Spacious rooms ideal for relaxing, a bit dated but with the basics for a quiet stay without many frills; they need fans in the bedroom and better ventilation in the bathroom
