Ikonik Hotel Puebla

The room was very comfortable and the gym had weights and treadmills to help work off the food.

I'm one of those people who just uses the hotel to sleep and shower, and it's great. The room was very comfortable and the staff was super attentive. I fell in love with their restaurant. Congratulations!

It's annoying that they only provide one cup of coffee with one service for a room for two people.

I recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay near the historic center of Puebla.

The staff was wonderful and the common spaces were beautiful. The hotel was only a short walk from the Puebla Zocalo which is lively but not overwhelming. The staff was always more than happy to help with a rental car, make reservations for us and store luggage. Very friendly. The rooms were simple. Only 1 chair and one packet of coffee. Go across the small street from the entrance of the hotel to the plaza to get sweet and savory pastries at Volo-Vol just past the more expensive coffee shop. The woman who owns the shop does a great job with sweet and savory filo dough treats. Also, highly recommend Da Vinci Pizzeria. Adorably themed pizza place with bubbling Limonada and yummy pizza.

Everything was amazing except the internet was terrible! And the food service was incredibly slow, especially in the first part of the café; if you go further back the service improves considerably.
