I stayed one night. They told me they didn't have parking, but that I could park in the public lot next door for only 150 pesos. However, when I checked out, I had to pay the full parking fee, which was over 300 pesos, simply because they wouldn't give me a parking pass at the hotel.

Terrible service: Awful hostesses Terrible restaurant We made our reservation to attend a conference at the Convention Center next door to the hotel. It turns out the hotel receives large groups of over 100 people and GIVES THEM PRIORITY, without prior notice to other guests, leaving us to decide whether to wait or go somewhere else. We always make reservations based on the purpose of our trip and regularly include breakfast at the hotel to save time… but for this place, none of that is a priority, AND NOT ALL GUESTS HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS 😏
