Hotel Santiago

Very clean, good location, nice terrace

We attended as a group twenty-something years ago, it brings back great memories of university, good hotel, you can enjoy the zócalo at night because of its proximity.

Very good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff, the only thing is that the terrace should be given a little more attention, as it has an excellent view and the hotel doesn't take advantage of it.

It has an excellent location. The room was generally good. I reported an incident. I hurt my hand on a protruding part (a component of the latch) on the bathroom door frame that had loose screws. The scorpion of towels the maid left behind was lovely.

The rooms are very good.

The rooms were awful, small, you could hear people's noise, and dirty 🤢🤢🤢🤮 I asked to change them but they ignored me. I just stayed and even found women's hair on the bed 🤢. The service was okay, but they don't have parking and you have to drive far away.
