Spacious, comfortable and beautiful rooms.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but we really like the restaurant. The place is very nice. The coffee is delicious. And the carrot cake is highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in the city

Were do I began? Let's start with the location in the Historical District of Puebla. Outstanding. The streets of Spain in Puebla. We didn't need to venture far, our walking adventures down the streets near the hotel were absolutely entertaining, beautiful, and delightful options for food, drinks, cafe's and amazing meals. We even got tattoo's near the hotel. The artist was fantastic and reasonable. The Hotel itself: Absolutely beautiful, the rooms had high ceilings, wonderful wall texture, spacious, comfortable, the bed was amazing and I dreamt ever night. The hotel grounds were manicured and pleasing to the eye. the amenities were abundant, from restaurant, messages, pool side peace, bar, and overall wonderful.The Service: OMG. I was puzzled when the lady knocked on my door and wanted to refresh our bed for the evening. The maids where amazing, on top of there game and immediate when you put the sign out. The room service was outstanding. The restaurant menu was available 24 hours. I tipped them well as much as I could. It was simply unforgetable service including the front desk. They helped me negotiate the complex lyft destinations with complexity unfamiliar to an American. I was able to exchange dollars for Pesos with the front desk. The Vallet was over the top. Standing by to help you any way they could including suggestions for food, directions, and your luggage and car. Unbelievable! Don't hesitate! Book a stay. Wow!.

The rooms, the location, the atmosphere, and the food were all excellent... highly recommended.

It advertises more than it delivers. Yellowed and torn towels, broken armchair in the "Suite"... If you need an invoice for your stay, prepare for a nightmare. Zero after-sales service.

My large group of more than 15 guests from Canada stayed here for a week during our visit to Puebla for our wedding and i have to say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely spotless clean, it smelled fantastic everywhere you went and it was just a beautiful hotel in general. The rooms themselves were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, the beds were also very comfortable. The Hotel staff was extremely friendly from the first day that we arrived, they were always available to help with anything we needed and handled any problem or concern we had quickly and professionally. Another wonderful thing was that many of the Hotel staff even spoke some english and us being from Canada this was a nice little touch. The hotel had 2 wonderful restaurants situated inside the hotel which our group frequently visited. The food and service at both restaurants was excellent, it was very convenient to have such great dining options within the hotel if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. Our entire group absolutely loved our stay here at this beautiful hotel and anytime we come back to Puebla we will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed a couple night for a company event. Exceptional service, luxurious colonial architecture and open spaces with local trees and flowers offered a great place to rest, relax, and refocus.

I think the place is incredible. The service is also excellent, the facilities are very good, it's one of the best hotels and restaurants in Puebla, and the spa service is superb, with everything you need. It's peaceful, and the location is unbeatable since you're in the city center, just steps away from everything you might need. They have very interesting services. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's right next to a main avenue, and you might hear a little noise from passing cars, but I love that it's so close by. Great events, great places to visit, and the food is excellent.
