At Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel

10/10 Absolutely top-notch experience! The hotel has a beautiful, royal Spanish vibe with authentic oil paintings. Our 5-star room featured a private balcony, coffee, and even stamped toilet paper. The pool's rockwork and waterfall are incredibly calming. Perfect location—steps from diverse dining and a quick walk to the beach (with towels provided). The staff are very nice throughout. Highly recommend!

Look at all the room options as many don't come with microwave or fridge. Awesome location and the beach is close by and amazing.

The bed was a rock, full of hair and the noise from the staff early in the morning was shockingly loud (cleaning, banging yelling at each other). I'd say ok for a quick stay (as I was doing from the airport) but the bed made sleep almost impossible. If that was an "upgrade" then I have to give more details and a much lower rating. 1) I was charged $27 for my dog but I asked several times for a print out of my guest receipt, I was told "nothing was charged to your account, we only provide a receipt if things are charged" Insist on a receipt on check out! 2) the room smelled just terrible like old mold. The entire building is made of IDK how to describe it but outside materials. Like cobblestone, but inside. 3) the shower was not useable as it was only a corner with a sad little plastic sheet hanging ... again not sure what the term would be, a camper shower? 4) there was no useable tea or coffee in the room. I ran water through the coffee thing 3 times and it was so dirty I didn't try. I was able to get a coffee and avo toast for $12 across the street. 5) Bring your CC and cash to PR. Everything is expensive. $2.50 a coke zero, just like home. So be ready to pay tourist prices for everything from snacks to gas on your visit. BTW, I also observed the staff being very rude to a guest that was trying to check out late. They make so much noise at 5am IDK why anyone would want to extend, but this person did and they were so rude it was shocking . Zero stars - avoid.

Wonderful stay at Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel! The atmosphere was charming, relaxing, and full of character. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. A lovely place to stay in Puerto Rico, and I would happily come back again!

Helpful staff during a stressful travel day. Will help out even at late hours of the night if you communicate well. Short-notice reservations both times I stayed there and I enjoyed it both times.

Few amenities, staff unresponsive, will not stay there again!

TV did not work. Toilet would not flush unless i lifted the back lid and pulled the chain up manually. The lady at the desk told me that that was how it worked and it wasn't her job to fix it. This location was very near the beach and was a very nice place to stay. The pillows were very old and very lumpy and extreme hard. Overall, it was a nice place, but it needed some work.And some small maintenance items throughout the place. During the overnight , they had a fight breakout in the lobby and we were kind of concerned that something may be happening and I had difficulty returning to sleep

Cancer Diagnosis, Zero Compassion. My mother booked this hotel to visit and meet her grandchildren. Just days before her trip, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and had to begin treatment immediately. The airline reviewed her doctor’s letter and issued a prompt refund. This hotel, however, has kept her payment for over a year without responding to emails or returning calls. During one of the most devastating moments of her life, they chose silence over compassion. If you support women facing cancer, consider carefully where you choose to spend your money. Profit should never come before humanity.

This is a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed here three times with my children….. however, they do not care and they will take your money if your flights get canceled coming in they will not refund you as a returning Customer. I am very disappointed that I was unable to be accommodated due to flight cancellation. I served them the proof of everything and they just replied decline request $646 went down The drain They didn’t even allow me to rebook or Asked to give me a credit or anything you should always make your returning customers feel welcome to return unfortunately I will not return to this property money doesn’t equal Customer appreciation

I have stayed here twice in 2 years! I love everything about it. Close to beach, food! Great atmosphere great customer service! I’m planning a trip back there in march.
