What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's accommodating staff and excellent location, being just a block from the beach and close to dining options. However, a significant complaint revolves around the lack of dedicated parking, forcing guests to find street parking, and some rooms have maintenance issues like non-flushing toilets or non-working TVs.

We had a late night flight cancelation and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was able to accommodate us very last minute, in fact, we arrived closer to 1am. Room was clean and had water which was an issue in the area for other hotels at the time of our stay. I think what was more comforting about our stay here, was the accommodating and welcoming nature of the front desk staff which was incredibly polite and helpful.

I stayed here for about almost a week. Hotel room was clean and spacious. The place itself was great. We loved that there was a seating area outside and a pool. Location itself was amazing, the beach was a minute walk and there were a lot of dining areas around. Service was amazing!! Front desk staff Jayn (not sure if I’m spelling it right) was the best!!! He made our experience here a 10/10!! He definitely does his job well. He was the reason we extended our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We were lucky enough to find parking on the street that wasn’t too far away. Upon entering Johanna greeted us and proceeded to check us in. She was friendly, answered our questions and was awesome! Ricardo also happened to be there as well and was great! Both are an asset to this hotel and made our day. We were given Room 120. Clean, nice, spacious room. Putting the hot water on in the shower was a little tricky but we figured it out and was thankful for it. The pool was nice. We were told it was cold but with the weather it had warmed up. We felt it was at the perfect temperature as swam after sunset. You check out the pool towels at the front desk, then return them in the towel basket and advise them that you returned those towels. It’s in a good location, as it’s relatively close to the beach, there are several restaurants and deli’s within walking distance. You even can go to their sister hotel, which is about a 1/2 block away. Food at the sister hotel was divine. I would stay here again because of the staff working here, along with the location and the short 12 min drive to the airport.

First of all, there is no parking. You will have to look for street parking and there isn’t anywhere to pull up and drop your luggage. We had to park 1/2 mile away and drag our bags with us. The place is dated. Doors are old and need to be slammed shut. So you hear that all night long. Our room was 101. It’s the room next to the check in desk. As I type this, the extremely rude desk person is out there on his phone having the conversation of a lifetime at an extremely loud level. The 8 people they are letting cram into the room above us, are moving furniture and constantly running up and down the steps right outside our room. The kids are screaming and carrying on and it’s 11 pm. But since the front desk dude is equally obnoxious despite us asking to keep it down. The description says this is a peaceful place to stay. It is not. You are also on a main road so the traffic is also a noise concern along with music blasting and pedestrians yelling at each other. You’d be better off staying at the sister hotel across the street.
