Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, being just a minute's walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, with some finding the rooms nice and the staff friendly. Small but nice hotel. Located on a dead-end street. It looked clean. The TV didn't work with the Wi-Fi; they came to reset it, but it started acting up again. The coffee maker didn't work either. The beach is at the end of the street, a 1-minute walk away, but there's no parking at the hotel, only on the street, and it's quite difficult. There's no elevator.

I went with my daughters in January 2026, the location is great, surrounded by restaurants close by. The neighborhood felt safe. Beach is like 20 feet away. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Easy check in and check out. The only thing that had a hiccup was the TV, internet was spotty, they did try to fix it. Room was big and comfortable. At the time all the other guests were friendly too. We will return again. Too many plusses vs. negatives. Loved it!

For the price, one block from beach on a quite secluded street...great property. Room was very nice with a quaint feel to the decor. Highly recommend if you want to avoid the crazy prices of the beachfront hotels in SanJuan.

This hotel was fairly affordable, but unfortunately our experience had several issues. The TV in the room did not work, even after I requested staff assistance. The Wi-Fi also would not connect in the room throughout our stay. We stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never cleaned the room or replaced necessities, despite me specifically requesting service. I also purchased an oceanfront view room, but it is important to note that the hotel is not actually located directly on the beach as advertised. While the beach is within walking distance, the property itself is not beachfront.
