What reviewers say

Visitors praise the friendly and helpful front desk staff, with some rooms being described as large and comfortable. However, a recurring complaint is the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, and some rooms feature steep ladders which may not be suitable for everyone.

Room was clean. It’s was a loft with a steep ladder. Bathroom does not have hot water and, due to the neighborhood being historic, you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. There is a fridge but no microwave. It was lively outside, though some may find it a bit noisy. Check in is for multiple hotels!!! So make sure you go where it says check in. Power goes out and they do not care. It will not be a quick fix and is multiple hours (possibly days) long. It seems they have no backup generator as we had to check out early. We had to charge our phone in the front desk and half the outlets didn’t work. Bodega is nice for grabbing snacks and a quick beverage.

The room is nice. It isn’t perfectly clean, but overall it’s okay. However, I can’t accept that there’s no hot water in the shower! The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minutes to the beach.

Manny at the front desk was amazing. He helped us so much and made us feel comfortable. He knows what good customer service is. Me and my my friend came from California and he made our stay feel like home. Thank you so much Manny!!!

Mosquitoes in the room. Major hot water issues. Friendly front desk staff. Helpful housekeeping. Wouldn't stay again. Not cheap enough for the mediocre experience.
