Chase Brexton Health Care

Chase Brexton Health Care grew out of Baltimore's gay community in the 1970s and today operates as a federally qualified health center with a nationally recognized Center for LGBTQ Health Equity. Its flagship Mt. Vernon center at 1111 North Charles Street provides primary care, HIV and PrEP services, gender-affirming care, behavioral health and pharmacy services to LGBTQ+ patients and the wider community. It is one of the anchor institutions of Baltimore's LGBTQ+ community.
