Chase Brexton Health Care started in Baltimore's gay community in the 1970s and is now a federally qualified health center. Its flagship centre is at 1111 North Charles Street in Mount Vernon. It offers primary care, HIV care and PrEP, gender-affirming care, behavioural health and a pharmacy, and it runs a Center for LGBTQ Health Equity.
