Do not go !!! Hotel left me stranded without cancellation. I went there and the hotel was closed. I tried for at least 30 minutes to get hold of someone till I heard that this happened to someone else at the wedding party I was in town for. I have still not heard from the hotel and I am very disappointed. TLDR: hotel is shut and was left on the street

Building entrance is not open to the public and can only be accessed via bell and someone at desk buzzing in. We tried for hours to enter and hotel did not respond to bell or phone for hours. We could not check in to the hotel and had to cancel booking. Terrible experience please avoid this hotel. Even Wyndham help line could not get in touch with the hotel. Nightmare experience

No clue how nice it was. They cancelled a week before due to an "emergency". No more details than that. No offered additional accommodations. Just had to book at some other location last minute. Normally, I'd give some leeway here, but based on other reviews this seems to be a trend.

Well I was supposed to attend a wedding 3/6-3/8 and the wedding had a block of rooms here. I had booked my room MONTHS ago. I wake up 3/3 to a text message and email unexplained cancelling my reservation for the wedding weekend. I called the hotel to find out more and can’t talk to anyone or leave a message due to a “full inbox”. Very unprofessional, and I feel awful for the bride and groom having to scramble last minute to find another decent hotel for a bunch of people 2 days till their wedding with most people coming from out of town. Not the stress they need. And trying to find something that isn’t $500 a night or more. It’s too bad they cancelled on us and the bride and groom, but even more so not giving any notice or recommendations for other accommodation. From what I understand the area isn’t the best and trying to figure out where to stay when you’re not from there is difficult.

Unacceptable Service – Locked Out and "Canceled" Without Notice. My son had an absolutely horrific experience at this hotel and will never book here again. On 2/19/2026, My son arrived at 9:30 PM for a confirmed reservation, only to find the front doors locked and the property seemingly deserted. He spent 50 minutes standing outside late at night trying to get in. He rang the bell and called the hotel's direct line multiple times; no one answered, and it went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached the general reservation line, I was told that someone had canceled my reservation. We absolutely did not cancel this booking. To be left stranded outside a locked building late at night with no staff on-site to assist is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you value your safety and want to ensure you actually have a bed to sleep in, do not book this hotel. They are unreliable and provide zero customer support when things go wrong.

Stayed here around a month ago, it is located in a nice area, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is not continental it is like cereal bars muffins etc. The Ravens stadium and Orioles is here by, so is the water front, overall pretty nice hotel, parking gets a little hectic.
