Hotel Revival Baltimore

Wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in the door Chris and Lorenzo were phenomenal. Chris had been incredibly helpful over the phone before arriving so it was nice to meet them in person. We were there for an anniversary staycation and when they heard this they went out of their way to make it special. The room we stayed in was nice with a view of Mt. Vernon. The location was everything. We found in and out parking on spot hero but never moved the car for the time we were there because we could walk every where. We really needed this rest.

Fabulous hotel, teeming with charm. The staff were uniformly friendly. The topside restaurant has a spectacular view. The location is completely central. Prices are fair. Room decor was wonderful. This is why independent hotels are so worth it!

Stayed during a super busy time and the staff was just lovely the entire weekend, even while managing weddings and other large groups. Chris at the front desk was a delight, and Walter and the guys at the valet took great care of us. The rooms are charming and well maintained with great views. Foodservice great. No complaints!

Everything in the hotel is broken or not functioning, including the air conditioning. Had to move rooms three times and in every room there was an issue, and I felt the staff could have been much more accommodating and apologetic. There was a heatwave and the room was over 83 degrees because the AC wasn't functioning but it took about a hour of discussion, back-and-forth and pleading for the staff to agree to move me to a different room. Then the next room had a blocked shower drain and although the AC was better it still couldn't cool the room. Finally, they upgraded me, which I appreciated, but even in the new room the AC was very noisy and weak, and there were multiple faulty items (e.g. the hot tap was completely broken off so I couldn't access any hot water from the sink). I was relieved to check out and leave. Until they can sort out all the issues, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

HORRIBLE, Was there for a wedding. Never stay there again

The hotel manager Lorenzo is an extraordinary host. Very resourceful and has above and beyond knowledge of the community for entertainment and food I've been an ongoing guest at that establishment for over 2 years now and I will continue because of the service Lorenzo provides for all of his guests I highly recommend this place the food is amazing and so are the servers at the top side restaurant. This hotel definitely gets five stars for above and beyond the quality the staff brings to their guests.

Great boutique feeling hotel in downtown Baltimore. Great customer service, Lorenzo was a gem. Was disappointed the restaurant was closed as we were really hungry but nothing to be done there. Rooms were spacious and cozy and beds were comfortable.
