Об этом месте Gay Community News (site)

This Tremont Street address in downtown Boston is listed as a former office of Gay Community News. The paper started in 1973 and became one of the most influential LGBTQ+ newspapers in the US, with readers far beyond New England, before ending its weekly run in the early 1990s. It moved between several downtown addresses over the years, including Bromfield Street, where a 1982 arson fire hit its offices. There is no plaque or museum here; it is an ordinary building facing Boston Common. Visit if you are tracing Boston's movement history, and combine it with nearby Beacon Hill and the South End.
