Americas Best Value Inn Garland Dallas

My second review of this nasty property. The lady in the office is unhinged and incapable of doing her job. I reported bed bugs in the room and was thrown out without my refund for 3 nights. I have reported this property to the city code compliance department. I will work tirelessly to make sure this never happens to any other family or couple struggling with homelessness again. Room 244 is infested with bed bugs and I'm sure the adjoining rooms have them as well. She had the audacity to tell me that I brought them in the room with me and that's why I would not receive my refund.

The thing is we had did a booking online and when we got here the employer was arguing with another person and when we went a talked to her she told us that the room is small for 4 adults and we had to call book and cancel it and the lady was rude and don't know how to control her attitude when she is talking to peopl

As of today, the girl at front desk is so terrible, the moment she saw me stepped in as black, she started taking crazy, she wasn't talking, she was yelling. No smoking, no pet, I get it, but why are you yelling, you booked with 3rd party i can see what you booked, she was just all crazy. Eventually, she gave me a room, and the room happened to be a smoke room, when I booked for non smoking classic, then I went back to her to tell her, she yelled again, saying I booked with 3rd party, she doesn't know what I will do if I'm in the room, that I might smoke too. Wow. The next thing she said was, I should go out that she want to lock the lobby. No option to check for another room for me , she did do anything. Stay away from that place. Most of the people writing here and praising her, are not actual customers.

At first I was a little sketch play all in all it was pretty cool little place man got a chance to get some good rest on the work that I bet some man is not all that great but you know whatever love you need somewhere just a little quick no pit stop lay back still get your mind right

She wouldn't give me any information on the property owners information to reach them .the women was very rude for no reason..she started screaming at me me because she got my first booking wrong.. because she screamed at me in my face my boyfriend said he wasn't coming back...then I come back back and she says I'm banned after she was the one screaming at me..she said she didn't care about refunding me and she didn't care about me being banned for no reason..she said so... So... So. I don't care...she also wouldn't give me a reason why I was banned...so I had to call the cops because that's not only bad business but theft...they took my money and wanted me to be yelled at without saying anything back or your banned...not America's practice at all ..I never had to ever call the cops on the front desk person...so the cops said they no exactly who she is..and they have this problem with her a lot..they already knew how this woman is any others have experienced the same for no reason...and you might be scammed out of your money..I can't contact corporate nothing they are private property that's evil for no reason..

ROACH INFESTATION

Horrible hotel and the receptionist made us wait 20 minutes even there’s no one ahead of us. The rooms are nasty and untidy. I would never recommend this hotel to any one even if they offer it for free. The female receptionist was so rude when we asked for a change of room as the room given to us was not clean. We finally ended leaving the place immediately.

This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. Only to be told upon leaving, that the house keeper said we left the room nasty and that the owner has black-listed me so if I went to book again, I'd be loosing money. Yeah, no, black-listed or not, I will not be booking there again. I wouldn't tell a working girl to book there. Don't waste your money on this roach motel.

You get what you pay for

So i had made a booking reservation online & the lady from the night shift is very freaking rudee! She made me wait 30 minutes then to come back another 15 minutes for her to start checking me in and then to proceed saying they didnt recieve payment so i couldnt get a room ! This lady is very unprofessional she has glasses on and looks indian ! I took a picture of her and she tried to hide it because she was sticking the finger saying i wasnt getting a room and to cancel on my end she wasnt going to do anything ! I will be going to the city to report this matter with corporapte institution! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! ESPECIALL NO LACK OF EMPATHY FOR IT BEING ALMOST MIDNIGHT ,TIRED AS HELL STILL MAKING US WAIT !
