People are rude to American people. Have poor customer interactions. Would not book a room here ever.

Terrible experience. The receptionist is very rude and refuses to help me. I'm still outside the hotel waiting to see if they'll give me the refund I already paid for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just passing through trying to find a place to stay. The lady at the desk was one of the rudest people I have ever met. The way she talks to people is crazy! How she still works there is insane. Chose to take my business elsewhere. Awful experience.

This place is nasty. Been here 3 days not once have I seen housekeeping. There is bugs. The city of garland must not inspect motels. The shower curtain is full of mold. The curtains are all torn and have bugs making nest in them. I understand it's a cheap hotel but dang it's beyond nasty. The sheets had blood stains on them and when asked for new I was told to ask housekeeping which I haven't seen since I've been here. The towels are stained and a nasty brown color. The mattress has blood stains also. Don't recommend at all.

So we drove in late, it was a 5.5 hr drive, I cashed in advance to let them know we'd be checking in late. When we get there we're "greeted" by a woman on the phone who was rude. She walked up to the glass to get some questions answered needed to check in and takes my ID. She asked me the same questions at least 3 times, while still on the phone mind you. Then when my husband expresses frustration about the fact that she's repeating questions because she's on the phone she yelled something about my room to me. We get the key and go up, unpack and realize there's supposed to be laundry here, only to find out none of the "amenities" including breakfast are available. The tub in the bathroom was disgusting, the sheets not only had holes in them but very questionable stains on them. It's midnight at this point and we have somewhere to be in the morning so we attempted to just get a refund which is a lengthy process apparently. After attempting that we shrugged it off, we wouldn't be in there much of the time we were here anyway. We go to our event the next day and when we return to the hotel room, there are bugs in the bathroom sink! Any time we tried to go to the office during our stay, they were out and there was a sign, back in 10 minutes. The staff appear wildly unhappy to be there that day and have no problem giving you attitude to show it. I have the location a 2 because there was food and had stations near by, but 1 for service and the rooms... when I come back next year I will certainly be staying somewhere different
