FIRST THINGS FIRST GOOD LOCATION BUT DOOOO NOTTTTT AND I MEAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACEEE!!! paid for 1 month stayed 1 week and 5days i called multiple time to the main office about complaints i had which included windows they dont lock my door didnt lock or latch my a/c was broken and leaked alottt i had black mold in my tub and the matress looked as if someone died on it i came outta pocket multiple times for fans a portable ac a bucket and even my own window locks so i felt safe leaving my property to go job hunt and the lady in the front stated she would send someone up there not once but 3 times and then when i was finally fed up of waiting dayyyssss and i mean days me and my husband walked in there to talk to her she had the audacity to tell me no refund and was very unprofessional all around then sent me in a full on anxiety attack and crying so i found the maintenance man he looked at the room and said he will go talk to the lady that had me so distraught cause that room should have never been rented out to ANYONE if it wasnt up to health codes and safe for others she called me down there just to tell me i will give you a refund but mind you not even my full refund and i have 1 hour to get out mind you i still had 2 days till my second week was up out of the month ive been there only 11 days and im 22 just starting life out on my own and currently homeless so giving me a hr to get out to get my refund is crazy to even hear i have no car i had to wait on a uber and pray to god they would help me and basically took the rest of my money because it was 350x4 which would be 1400 she let me in for 1350 i stayed 11 days and finally asked what can i do and all i got back on my refund was a heres 675 and goodbye this was beyonddddd unprofessional and i pray no one ever has to experience the experience we did god bless

This hotel is Garbage because the manager doesn’t ever want to do her job and she is very lazy and rude and unprofessional she should be fired immediately! This is complete nonsense and in my personal opinion I think anyone who rents here would be very disappointed and dissatisfied. There are too many problems to count on both hands.You would be better off renting a room at motel 6💯💯💯😡😡🤬

Nice hotel

I just stayed at this motel last night and woke up with a lot of welts on my neck and arms. I'm waiting for a response so they can resolve this unpleasant situation.

Air conditioner condenser clogged . Instead of repairing, they put a bucket under it to collect water FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO DUMP. 4 TIMES A DAY! The vanity sink also leaked requiring regular mess management. Paint job in room having multiple areas of white paint covering areas on top of the old smoke covered beige. Stained sheets and towels made me cringe.

Nothing new. It is ALWAYS something going on. Seen a young girl get beat by boyfriend, he breaks window, goes to jail ands they put her and her BABIES out and tell her she has to pay for window! Just know that this IS EAST DALLAS still😂

Ya no this place trash, the personal is rude, there’s bedbugs everywhere if you ask for a refund they will throw your money Is so funny cuz like we literally doing a favor to them and keeping the place in business and they think they it 😹

THIS PLACE IS PRETTY AMAZING! For one thing, I've never seen a cockroach in my room... like ever. Garland Inn is small, which I love, 28 rooms I believe. The owner, maintenance man, and manager are here all the time, which is great. Everyone's pretty much low key, and you never see a bunch of ppl outside. They're unique because, they do not allow traffic, which basically what that means is, lots of ppl coming and going. Meaning, you can do whatever with whoever when your away; just don't bring that with you. Get caught having traffic and they'll kick you out. That rule sounds crazy, but since a lot of us are living here, it makes for SO MUCH LESS DRAMA! This place has the lowest daily and weekly rates you'll find anywhere in this part of Dallas, and still the rooms and pretty big and fairly nice, THAY HAVE HBO!! Basic furnishings, fridge and microwave, VERY HOT WATER, most of the rooms have newer paint and flooring. The vanity around sink is huge, plenty of room for makeup and toiletries, also the mirror takes up the whole wall, and its separate from the toilet and shower, who doesn't love privacy? Other than the lighting, which was an easy fix for me because I have a light fetish, and an array of lamps, night lights, etc. Basically, it feels like home to us at this point, there's an awkwardly familiar and yet comforting family dynamic to this place now that we've gotten settled. I feel pretty much at home here, plus he works a mile away. Yeah, we're happy here! POLICE WATCH THIS AREA; that being said, make sure your car is legal and obey traffic laws, they be watchin the hotels, that why they don't allow traffic.

Bedbugs, not clean. Floors are dirty, bad paint job, no doors on the bathroom so you literally go to the bathroom in front of people. Microwave did not have the plate... Can't cook food right. But it's home and I appreciate it.
