Excellent

I rented a cabana for a day at the Hilton which is an absolutely beautiful and a stunning location. I paid a premium price because it was a holiday weekend. And it did not disappoint with the view. However the service leaves something to be desired. After waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine I ordered I went to the bar to inquire and was told that the wine was locked at the hotel and the bartender had trouble finding the manager. So I jokingly said well maybe the manager needs to be around more on holidays. At which point the manager said well maybe you need to be more grateful that your bartender went to the hotel try and find your wine which we don't keep out by the pool bar.

This is review is just for the pool area, we didn’t stay the hotel. Great pool, cabanas you can rent and chairs with umbrellas. Pretty quiet area. When we were there, it wasn’t packed. Maybe a dozen people. Good amount of seating. Here’s where the issue starts and ends: the service. In a word: disappointing. We rented a cabana with a small group. No one came to check on us at any point so we went to the bar to order (totally fine). The bartender didn’t seem interested in taking our order and when we did order, he started organizing the empty chairs and tables instead of making the order. We ordered a watermelon basil margarita and about thirty minutes later a plate of actual watermelon showed up instead. At that point we tried to order several more drinks and the person who brought the watermelon told us they needed to get someone else to take our order. Another twenty minutes went by. Then we gave our order. After a forty minutes wait, we finally went back to the bar to check in on our order. The bartender seemed upset and frustrated at us asking. The drinks did show up about fifteen minutes later. Really enjoyed the pool space, but would have loved a different service experience.

I had a terrific view overlooking the lake. The room is very clean and most importantly the bed is very comfortable! Everywhere you go it’s a scenic experience.

I love this Hilton hotel! The staff is always amazing, super friendly, and provides excellent customer service every time I stay here.
