Dan Boutique Jerusalem Hotel

Just spent a lovely shabbat at the Dan Boutique. Sort of a last minute getaway, and we enjoyed it greatly. Shout out to Vera, John, and Salach for making check-in very smooth and making sure we were taken care of. We were on the 5th floor, and the rooms there were upgraded and modern. The food was very good - not as broad a selection at some other hotels, but certainly more than enough and tasty. We'll be back.

May his soul be protected! The Great Sabbath was nothing to do with the expiation! There was no proper food, on Passover itself the food at my house is more varied and delicious! Simply a torture Sabbath!!!

We booked Shabbat through Dan's reservation center, the whole family 3 rooms half board And no one bothered to update that the hotel was kosher for Passover without legumes!!!! There was no bread to take out, no salads and certainly no hummus or mayonnaise, the worst part was all the food was bland! Apparently they hadn't heard of spices... What was it? Sticky pasta and purée from a bag, ostensibly, Even the little girls wouldn't eat!

The Dan Hotel chain is considered very good, but we were disappointed. * The location was excellent. * Free parking, which is very convenient. * The rooms for 4 people were large and beautiful. * The room we received was not very clean. * The towels are thin and not luxurious. * There is no means of heating the bathroom - it should be taken into account that Jerusalem is especially cold at night and in winter. * The guest bed that opens for 2 guests/children was not comfortable. * The food at dinner was partly disappointing: the asado was dry and inedible, the chicken was also dry, there were some fruits that were inedible. * Varied and delicious breakfast. * There were malfunctions in the room that were only addressed after many requests and were not fully addressed.
