I wanted to book a long weekend, I looked at the latest reviews and some older ones, I decided to give up, I really hope this is not the experience at Dan Hotels at all,,
Be strong
Excellent hotel
Do not recommend, unpleasant experience at all We arrived at the hotel with expectations of a relaxing vacation, but we quickly realized that this was not the place. Even before arrival, I asked for a few basic things like a room on a low floor and parking, but in reality it simply did not happen. The room itself was not in good condition, there were mosquitoes, the maintenance felt like it was not invested in, and the cleanliness was not at the level expected of a hotel. The food was also not exciting at all, quite disappointing and not varied. Beyond that, there is a lot of noise and there is really nothing to do in the place. Basic facilities are missing, and it feels more like a simple place than a hotel that justifies the price. The service also did not help improve the impression. We did not receive a satisfactory response, and when we tried to ask for some kind of compensation for the experience, it was not received in a pleasant manner. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay and would not return again.
Very disappointing experience, do not recommend at all I stayed at the hotel with my wife and our daughter, and unfortunately it was a bad experience from the first moment. I requested a room on a low floor in advance because of the holiday and also a parking arrangement, since we arrived with a lot of equipment. I was told that things would be taken care of, but in reality they did not take care of it at all and did not keep their promises. The room itself was of a poor standard, there were mosquitoes, the maintenance was poor, and the cleanliness was inadequate. The food at the hotel was very disappointing, not tasty and not varied. Furthermore, the place is noisy and boring, and there are no basic facilities such as a pool or any activities, which makes the stay less pleasant and certainly not worth the price. The service was beyond criticism. I did not receive a proper response to my requests, and when I tried to receive compensation in the form of dinner - they refused and instead tried to charge an additional fee. There was no sense of service or willingness to help from the staff. In conclusion, this is a very disappointing experience and at a level far below what is expected of a hotel. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend others to come.
