The elevator was not working and had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. The carpet was GROSS!! The halls and room smell HORRIBLE!! The rooms are outdated! The TV in the bedroom didn't work at all! The front of the microwave was missing and not all the buttons worked. In the middle of the night a random guy's room key was able to open my door...UNACCEPTABLE!!
They are clean and respectful
No complains , stayed two nights it was very convenient while at our stay . Everything was so close to get to and hotel was decent pricing .
This hotel is very very lack luster to say the least. The hotel staff was busy talking on the phone rather than helping people at the front desk, the elevator was out of order (with no note on the door), the room was very subpar. The freezer making annoying noises throughout the night. I had to turn off the freezer via the breaker. The bathroom didn’t have any shampoo at all and no hot water at all. But hey it was cheap and at least it’s decent enough to stay in.
To stay after arriving from a trip and then look for something better.
Very disappointed with the quality of the rooms, as well as the attitude of the front desk, people. I will upload the photos as well, but my room Had carpets that were torn, clusters were falling off the bathroom, mold in the bathroom and bedbugs in the bed. Even after all that I told them to change the room, the front desk person replied that room changes require manager approval. I replied confused ant his audacity and checking out of the hotel the next day. This hotel is not just filthy, but the attitude of the customer service people is filthy as well. Save Yourself the money and please do stay at somewhere else around here. Maybe mainstay suites or residence inn to keep yourself safe and healthy .
This place hates zero about your stay. I do not like giving bad reviews but I promise you they are not that place to go if you want the basic needs to be met.. your water will not be hot your toilet will not flush and they will stick there nose up when you ask them about it. Its ashame honestly and I don't know how they have honestly made it as far as they have. The one thing I can say us give your security deposit cash and they do return it if you manage to save your torn up receipt they give you the day you check out. Other then that its a place to lay your head just dont think they will solve any problem with your stay
