The Lily Inn

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire place felt dirty and neglected from the moment I walked in. The hallways had visible stains all over the carpet, and the smell throughout the building was absolutely repugnant. The room itself was no better. There were clear signs of poor cleaning and upkeep, and the bathroom had buildup and mold in the corners of the shower. On top of that, there was no hot water, and the shower head barely worked, making it almost unusable. I even asked to switch rooms, hoping it was just a bad one, but the second room was no better same issues, same smell, same lack of cleanliness. The elevator was also not working, which added to the frustration. Overall, this place does not feel suitable for families or, honestly, anyone. It honestly appeared that some guests were living there long-term, which added to the overall uncomfortable and unkempt atmosphere. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It’s clear that cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest comfort are not a priority here.

I had a fantastic experience checking in today thanks to Drake at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service—he truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will definitely be back! 5/5 stars.

Look, it's affordable, the rooms aren't horrible, but the elevator is gonna be down probably, and the stairwell ...smells....bad...like urine. Some things in the room are a little dated and worn, but front desk guys were very nice, definitely bring extra towels and shower stuff

This location does not stand up to Sonesta standards. It is dirty, the laundry is always out of service, rude employees, and roaches!

The staff is very professional and helpful!!! The rooms are very clean, everything is pretty! The kitchens are big with full size refrigerators and disheashers, TV, FREE WIIFI. I have a dog and walking him is not a hassle it's easy to get to via the stairs or the elevator you don't have to walk a mile out of the building. There is a gym and laundry facility on the main floor. Everything is clean. I have been here for 30 + days bc I'm relocating from a different state and it's been a pleasure being here. It's quite, comfortable and I've had a great experience over all. Thank you!

Location was the only upside for us. Room was dirty, loud loud loud neighbors. Manager has still yet to get back to me. Unfortunate situation. Will update when I speak with manager.

NO HOT WATER WE ON DAY 3 WITH NO HOT WATER... SMH

I’ve stayed here several times the last couple of months and there’s always an issue. The front desk doesn’t do anything about it and lies about accommodations. No hot water and fire alarm going off constantly for no reason. Always have to go back to front desk due to room key not working. No refund offered and very frustrating. Just go somewhere else very unreliable. Never again

Couch had stains on it, none of the shampoo bottles or conditioner bottles were full, the elevator LITERALLY smells like it’s on fire. I took videos of the bottles being empty but google review won’t let me add videos

Hotel was fine, baby insects in bathroom, notified front desk hopefully they get an exterminator asap!
