Nice place yo stay!!

I've stayed at this hotel for the past 20 years. They have done a good job keeping it updated. It's relatively quiet hotel depending on some of the guests that don't know how to act in a hotel. I miss the old dog... Those of you who have stayed here in years past will know what I'm talking about. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is usually clean and they stay stocked. They serve community coffee and usually cookies in the late afternoon. This day, the bed was great but the pillows were lacking. I had a great night sleep and the new blackout curtains are fantastic. The other great thing about this hotel and location is there's gas stations that serve anything you want is walking distance, Popeyes, Wendy's, Whataburger, and IHOP all in walking distance. So for those of us who travel for a living and do physical work it's nice when we can roll up to the hotel, take a shower and go for a little walk to go eat. I believe it's the same owner who owns all the hotels in that area except one that is now empty?? Anyway as the Best Western diamond elite number this is my go-to hotel when I'm in natchitoches Louisiana.

This was one of the cleanest and best kept BW's we have been to in awhile.

My room was clean, easy check in, friendly staff several choices for breakfast hot or cold. Enjoyed my 2 nights would come back if in the area

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Mrs. Patrica who is over the different properties personally went next door to get me a waffle since the pictures showed waffles. Mrs. Belinda with breakfast was so sweet. It was the first time I had ever saw a pancake maker like they have. My son loved watching it make the pancakes. I don't think that the property is worth the price you have to pay but that's what happens in a small town with not many hotel choices. Overall the staff is what won me over on our stay.

The parking lot and roads immediately around the hotel were crazy torn up. So many big huge potholes and just broken concrete everywhere. For all of the hotels in that area. It just looks terrible and is really hard on the car.

Pricey, but very clean and nice beds. Staff were rude. But nice place to stay

It’s a perfectly fine hotel/motel. Parking lot is atrocious, small cramped and shared with other hotels. Our only issue was the noise. Elevator across the hall from us dings loudly, people in the rooms above us were def having a party and there were pep in the parking lot who were also quite loud.

We did have to request a new room when we got there. The second room was great! They couldn't take cash without holding an extra $250 in cash plus the cost of the room. The customer service was outstanding! The location was very hard to get to. Had to drive through several parking lots of other businesses to get to it. Over all our stay was great! Very pet friendly!
