Hotel is clean and right off of the interstate. Breakfast had hot and cold options and was good. Front desk ladies were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but you can smell smoke, as this is a smoking hotel. The rooms on the sides of our room were not smoking rooms, but I could still smell the smell of cigarettes and a faint stale smell in the air as well. Beds were firm and not that comfortable.
We stayed here while visiting Natchitoches at the beginning of the month. This was not my first visit and each time I have gone here, I have been satisfied. Ms. Belinda is one of the workers there that I had the pleasure of talking with. She works in the breakfast area and was doing all that she could to make our meal pleasant. She not only kept the food choices stocked, she also kept each area clean. She and I talked about things to do in town and the things that she enjoy Ms and recommends. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband is a rewards member, so we received a free bottle of water each. Not a lot, but appreciated. If you are looking for a place to stay at reasonable price with a good breakfast, give them a try!
My collegues and i agree that we always stay at this hotel when we are in Natchitoches. The staff is so friendly and the kitchen staff is very nice and want to please. It is hard to find a friendly face in this day and time. The beds are great and the cleanliness is great.
Had a pretty good experience at this Best Western. The location is super convenient right off the interstate and check in was a breeze. I was even the “Guest of the Day” with my name on a sign up front. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but was better once the air got going. The suite was really spacious and super clean. Bathroom was nice and the king bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was above average with hot eggs, bacon, and sausage. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is walking distance to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, I was happy I booked a stay here and would happily do so again if I’m passing through.
Everyone is so nice! Our rooms were plain but clean. The breakfast was what you would expect and Belinda was a treasure! She gave us tips on where to eat, what to see and offered to pack up a to-go box for us. Lovely people, clean rooms and met our needs exactly.
