From the moment I arrived, Adolfo at the front desk set the tone for an exceptional stay. During what felt like genuine conversation at check-in, he picked up on a room preference I hadn’t even formally requested—and quietly made it happen. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Highly recommend this property, and if you’re lucky enough to have Adolfo check you in, you’re in great hands.
I stayed here for a couple of nights and found it to be a very reliable and comfortable home base. The lobby has a really modern feel with lots of little nooks where you can sit with a laptop or just relax by the fire, which I really liked. My room was surprisingly quiet and kept very clean, and the bed was soft enough that I actually got a great night's sleep. There is a nice bistro area right inside for a quick breakfast or a drink in the evening, so you don't have to wander far if you’re tired. It’s located in a convenient spot that makes it easy to get around the area, and while it isn't the most flashy hotel I’ve ever seen, it was exactly what I needed for a stress-free stay.
I needed some accommodation during this trip. Thought I had it handled over the phone the night before but that failed. Thankfully a proper room and location was found without much difficulty. Housekeeping does throw out food whether that was your intent or not. The little bistro in the lobby has a decent menu and they make a great quesadilla.
Nice hotel, Great people. The front desk and morning breakfast crew are great. I always start my day with scrambled eggs and coffee, and the crew at the bistro makes me feel at home.
Great stay at Marriott Courtyard in Norwalk. Ideal location convenient to Route 7 and Wilton. Clean hotel and easy to grab breakfast in lobby or at the Dunkin next door. Thanks!
