Comfortable and clean rooms. Distance from downtown is not great. Overall happy with the stay!

This is an older facility, but incredibly clean. It's oddly quiet, considering it's right on the main roadway. Reserving was easy, check-in quick, ample parking. We had no complaints.

The hotel was in a great location, front desk attendees were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating was because the room had a very musty damp smell. Not sure f it was in the carpets or just the room overall.

As always an amazing stay! We stay here at least twice a year and are never disappointed. The rooms are always impeccable as are the staff. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Can’t wait for the next time! 🤩

If you have a dog, beware- there is very little green area for pets - As in less than a foot wide small strip between asphalt and a treeline. The pet rooms are more expensive and then upon check in there is another $35 fee. There is no sidewalk on the hotel side nor is there a crosswalk in the pet area of the hotel to cross the road. There was no ice bucket in our room nor were there bags or buckets near the ice machine. The hotel is too far from town for a convenient walk to shops and is also a longer walk to the beach than our dog was willing to take. The room was clean and met our minimal sleeping needs but the "dog friendly" status was clearly not when it came to giving the dogs an area to do their business.

It was an unfortunate experience. It started with stained bed covers and dingy carpets. I paid extra for a private balcony overlooking Main Street with all its noise and traffic. The pictures of the rooms on the hotel website do not match what is there. I do not recommend this motel like establishment that advertises itself as a luxury hotel and suite. My friend’s coffee maker does not work in her room. The new room they gave me is stuffy and stinky.

It's a better hotel than we hoped. Pool was clean, rooms were spotless, walls were thick enough for good privacy. The staff was friendly. TV has good channels and the beds are memory foam with varied sized pillows! I slept very comfortably. There is a nice laundromat next door. The grounds are nice. There was also good parking even though the hotel was fairly full. The few issues is that there is no continental breakfast. But there is coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and the room. Also, a pet is an extra $35 per night (per pet). I understand that somewhat, because untrained dogs can be a mess. But our little guy just lays on his mat and goes to sleep. There should be some kind of refund if no dog mess is made. NOTE: There is a $250 fine if you leave your pet in the room unattended. So BE WARNED! You have to take your pet with you whenever you leave the room. But all this is explained at check-in so there are no surprises. But I won't complain because the room price was so good and the hotel is very nice and well kept. Also, good luck finding another hotel that allows pets. We will come back here next summer!
