If I could give this place negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible. I checked into this place after my flight, and the first thing I noticed was how miserable the front desk person was. When getting into the room, there were bed bugs in the curtains. I took a video for evidence, and SHOWED the front desk worker the proof and she openly admitted to knowing there were bed bugs in the room, and was completely rude about it. She tried moving me to another room, but we met some more people on the same level who had bed bugs in their actually bed. I was disgusted and notified them that I was checking out. I went to the Hyatt next door. When trying to get a refund, we were refused with no explanation. The lady at the front desk would not help, and would simply walk away with the mention of a refund. It doesn’t stop there! When requesting a refund through my travel agent, they refused and said I WAS A NO SHOW AND I DID NOT GIVE THEM PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Room door wouldn’t lock , multiple guest complaining/ warning other guest about bed bugs, when asking about refund due to faulty door manager became hostile and aggressive and not helpful at all, would not recommend to anyone to stay here would actually recommend people to stay away, have video of aggressive manager

I was informed it was moldy and dirty so I canceled my stay May of 2026 because I have asthma. They make it so difficult to cancel even though I canceled my reservation 7 days in advance. Would not stay here.

Our room was damp and smelled very musty. The a/c didn't work and was throwing out an error code after a few seconds of blowing warm air. 3 different employees of the hotel (including who I assume was a manager of some sort) came to our room and insisted the a/c was working fine and to give it a few minutes. We tried to give it 10 minutes, but the a/c threw out an error code and continued to blow warm air. They would not move us or refund us, and we left after about an hour in the room and booked a different hotel. Definitely would not recommend, there are plenty of decent hotels nearby that cost less and are much cleaner and well maintained.

Terrible stay, it has been the worst hotel I have visited, the people at the reception are very rude, they work with a bad attitude. I definitely do not recommend it and I will never return.

They don't care about their customers and it shows. They will make you sit in the lobby or car till check in time even if the rooms ready and your only a hour or two early.

A decent hotel but they charge for parking and they're also slow in refunding the security deposit - these things matter!

We had a super short stay here, but it was great - hotel was easy to find, the man at the front desk, Joseph, was super friendly and even let us check in a good amount early. Room was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed to recharge after a long night of traveling.

It was only 10:30pm when I arrived from my flight and when I called, the shuttle was “no longer running,” when that was the reason I chose this hotel. I had to figure out my own transportation. As soon as I entered the room the smell of mold and moisture was quite overwhelming and my allergies reacted, but the front desk said it was going to be the same in any room moved to. Rough breakfast too. Not my favorite stay.

Beware, save your money. Our journey began with a 1.5 hour wait for a shuttle to arrive at the airport. The driver informed us she had to drop off a person in a wheelchair. The manager started, the driver was late arriving for work.the manager never explained he wasn’t honest with us during the entire 1.5 hr, 3 phone calls, plus 2 attempted call wait. Stepping out of the elevator, 2nd floor. I immediately smelled the odor of vomit, in which the cleaning staff attempted to mask the odor with cleaning agents. Looking down at the floor to assure I wasn’t going to step in anything nasty, I observed a stained carpet just a few feet from the elevator, from which the odor seemed to be emanating from. The room had an overpowering odor of fluids mixed with the smell of mold and mildew. The mold & mildew smell was found to be coming from the AC unit. The manager did try to lessen the sting of questionable service, by providing change, detergent and laundry sheets for a load laundry. We had to run our wet clothing through the dryers twice just to get them some what dry enough to pack. When we left for dinner, we had to pass through a thick of cloud of smoldering cannabis , just outside the front doors. Due to the mold, sleeping was difficult.
