Very close to the airport and restaurants, room was not very clean, we had to slam the door to get it open or close, staff were friendly, breakfast was mediocre but the cost was economical for a one night stay.

After a long drive, we were check-in at almost 2am, with my 2 kids and my service dog. The check-in took for ever, I was very patience but my cherry on top was when the lady asked me for documentation for my service dog, which I do have it, but I told her she wasn’t supposed to ask for that but I showed it to her anyways, her answer was why she couldn’t ask, that that’s why I had an ID do him. I told her by law she is not supposed to. So maybe the staff needs more training when it comes to service animals and how to treated.

The room was ok as far as cleanliness, but the air conditioning unit was very musty and likely had mold in it. They have direct tv and most of the channels listed would not work or had severe lag. Also, they charge $15 a night for parking which i dont recall being mentioned at booking. I gave it a single star on the room due mostly to the overwhelming smell from the ac unit.

I would give this 0.5 stars if i was able to. Rooms smelled really musty/moldy and the smell was so strong and never went away the whole time we were there. It was very uncomfortable. No hot water at night. Front lady at the reception was vey curt and not friendly at all. Breakfast didn't look appetizing. Would not stay here next time.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Front desk lady was evil and it seems she’s always this way based on all these reviews, you would think they’d fire her already but it must be nepotism because if I had a front desk agent regularly getting negative reviews because of her disgusting, hateful attitude I’d fire her on the spot. She’s not fit to work with people if she hates her life so much, she was truly the worst part about staying here but on top of her behavior, the water temperature in the showers was cold despite being turned fully to hot, the TV didn’t work and the breakfast lineup was pathetic. Honestly you could stay at the La Quinta up the road and save a good 40 bucks if not more and get the same level of service and room quality if not a little better. The other hotels in the area are all nicer and more customer service oriented, most are cheaper too, seriously save your money.
