Great place for the value, clean with all the necessary toiletries and coffee and great location.

I’m currently staying at EO Inn and I slept like a baby. While there are areas that will benefit from updates, the small imperfections actually add to the charm and character and makes this stay feel personal and authentic. The staff you Rock🌷❤️ I will return and I look forward to the New Look of EO Inn. Thank you for your kindness.

Unbeatable location. You can go to the city, walk around the lake park, or stroll over to the neighborhood bars all by foot. The rooms could use clean, dry carpet.

We have stayed at the EO Inn several times and will stay there again. It is very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The desk personnel are great and very, very helpful. April 2026 It is now a few years after I first posted this review. We are still staying in this hotel when we are in Downtown Orlando and have already made reservations for our next stay. Keisha and her team do everything possible to make us comfortable and welcome. Can't wait to go back!🩷

Located near our venue, it was convenient. Room was small and showed signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was cramped. AC unit was noisy ALL night, and had huge gaps allowing warm air and bugs into the room. The mattress was horrible, period. The door looked like it may have been forced open due the huge gaps that allowed hallway light to filter in. Overall not impressed but with some attention it could be ALOT better.

Okay, so I know this review is going to come off way harsher than I mean it to be or want it to be. It’s closer to 2.5 stars but the women who greeted us were incredibly friendly, sociable and kind and really are the big saving grace for this hotel. The good: location is fantastic. The women we spoke to were friendly, fun and just nice to interact with. Seemed like they genuinely like their job and the hotel. The attached restaurant is very good, highly recommend! The bad: Maintenance or lack thereof! Rooms are small which is fine but all the imperfections and shotty work stick out like sore thumbs! Please invest in a third party to help remodel or some actual maintenance men. It feels all like work that you get from “this guy I know”. Paint over fixtures, on the headboard. The furniture in the room is showing damage with chipped wood, loose desk partition and very dated fixtures in the shower. Shower is massive but some gross staining on the floor and those dated fixtures. The blinds didn’t even have the adjustment rod! And maybe the worse was in the bathroom there’s a random door that locks from inside the bathroom but leads to an open hallway! Why!?! Remove the door frame and door, frame it out and drywall it. The path leading to the restaurant was dirty with items all over and uneven concrete. Thin walls and a room door that you don’t actually trust is closed all the way. We know this place was built in the 1920’s we can tell and not in a cute endearing way. The whatever: there are hangout lounge areas both inside and outside the 2&3rd floors which is fine. Overall, I don’t know if I would come back or not. It’s pricey just based on the room and feel. But the employees we spoke with were great and the location is awesome. So, I don’t know. 3/5

Served it's purpose. Needed something close to Kia Center. Not what I was expecting for a king bedroom balcony suite. Know before you go: VERY old building. A/C wall unit that is loud and looks ancient. Room was sterile white with no decor. Rooms across the hall were painted and had updated decor. This is a pride friendly establishment with a pride friendly restaurant on the lower level called "The Outpost." Soooo, just know you will hear music well into the wee hours of the morning. Thin walls. Will hear your neighbors. Service was very good. All employees very accommodating. Tight parking.

If you're looking for a 20th floor "I can see my house from here!" view, a cookie-cutter room that looks like every other one you've ever stayed in, and a TON of amenities like a pool, workout room, gym, sauna, business center, etc., that you'll NEVER USE, then go overpay and book yourself at the Hilton or Marriott. This isn't the place for you. HOWEVER. if you want a welcoming, historic, quaint, adorable gem of a stay in a safe space, with a wonderful staff and literally across the street from Lake Eola, don't miss your chance to check out The Eo Inn. My Purple haired partner and I stayed there for a night and yes, the room was a bit small but the queen sized bed was super comfy. Bathroom was clean and functional. Nice little fridge, Standing closet kind of small, (Don't be a clothes horse) The communal balcony, was not really private, (remember to lock your balcony doors) it's separated from the rooms on either side by nice black canvas curtains, but it WAS very spacious. Seriously, half the size of the room itself! If you and some friends booked adjoining rooms that balcony would be party central. Small, quaint, tidy and clean. Everything functioned as expected. The bar downstairs (The Outpost) had a wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, great selection of cocktails, and the hamburger and fries I enjoyed was cooked to medium rare perfection. (My partner ate most of my fries but I'm pretty sure that means they were fabulous as well). Probably quite raucous on the weekends. Drag Brunch...you know where you are...deal with it. ;) Again, it IS an older (1920's) property and it looks like some renovations may be ongoing in places, but the communal spaces were neat and tidy, and quite comfy. A wonderful little find in the Heart of downtown. Oh yeah, FREE PARKING! ..and the continental breakfast in the morning wasn't huge, but a nice grab & go nosh. Do it. Book a stay at The Eo Inn.

Place is beautiful. Room is spacious, staff is very friendly. I don't give 5 star because the desk are in the room didn't have an outlet to plug my laptop

I stayed here and loved the location of the hotel but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and I do not want them taking pictures of peoples credit cards when they check in this opens the door for fraud alot of people are desperate and will do anything to make ends meet the staff was friendly but I almost didn't get a hotel key caused the machine malfunction for the first 2 hours of my stay i had to put a rock on the front door to keep myself from getting locked out i would stay here again for a fast over night stay but I wouldnt stay here for more than 1 night
