Although I am staying here for an extended period, I would like to thank Jennifer S. for her outstanding service and kindness toward me and my family. Solid stay all around, but Jennifer S. completely steals the show. She has a fantastic sense of humor, great vibes, and is genuinely unforgettable. Stayed here for several weeks while I was relocating to a new apartment complex, all the host do a nice job... but Jennifer? She goes above and beyond for their guests! She always greets you with a nice smile and resolves any problems with ease, one time my ac was not working properly and the maintenance guy was not working that day so she went into my room and cleaned my AC, and the water in the floor! my AC started working again very cold. there was a night where I lost my internet access and she called the internet people and helped me regain my internet access very patiently! the housekeepers tell me she is their favorite because she stays extra time to make sure the laundry is super organized so they can do their job quickly the next morning. Great hotel experience and the best price in all International Drive, The manager Josiah is always working to ensure the hotel runs smooth, very nice people! will stay again if needed!

I've been several times and I really like it because it's clean, the service is excellent, and it's close to the attractions. Plus, there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I was delighted and will be back soon. Thank you so much to Jennifer Sánchez for recommending this place! 🥰

Hi my name is Sara,I'm a guest with my family at Wood Springs Suites in Orlando I highly recommend family and friends,booking a reservation here,I've traveled here for business opportunities and everything is going great so far for me with that.with that being said I've really have enjoyed my stay here with my family,the staff is super nice attentive and very professional,I've also noticed MsJennifer Sanchez one of their employees she is really helpful attentive super sweet,kind ,professional and knowledgeable in helping other guest she goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and acknowledged every time I ask for her assistance.she is super helpful and organized.I can truly say I honestly like being here it's affordable the rooms are clean and organized well management honest opinion is what really makes this place stand out is the employees,cleanliness organization,and the treatment you receive as a guest.especially Ms.Jennifer she makes you feel important and welcomed that's what really makes guests come back.This hotel should have more employees like her Thank you!
