Amazing vibes and staff and fun bartender and amazing drinks
Rude and unprofessional staff! Went here for the first time tonight. And was only there for 5 minutes. My female cousin and her friend went in to the restroom together, to take care of something personal and were kicked out by one of the staff for going in to the restroom together. When we saw the staff member trying to kick them out of the bar we explained to the staff member it was our first time here and we were not aware that two people could not go in the bathroom together. The staff member was extremely rude, and we asked him to show us where it says two people cannot go in to the bathroom together. He said “this doesn’t involve you” and he is not arguing with us and forced my cousin and my friend to leave. We were trying to understand what happened but he would not explain and was becoming very argumentative and combative with us saying to get out of his face. Your employees need to be taught customer service and de-escalation techniques because all we were doing were calmly asking him what happened. This was a horrible first impression and could have been handled much more professionally. For a bar that is supposed to be inclusive, I have never felt so unwanted in a public place in my life. We were there because we play on the Out Volleyball team that has a partnership with the bar, and we were excited to finally go grab a drink with the team; however, I will never feel comfortable stepping foot back here. We also had to pay $10 for parking and we asked if we could get our $10 back since we were leaving. He responded by saying “not my problem, I’m not arguing with you, ask the parking attendant.” Luckily, the parking attendant was extremely kind and gave us our money back. I feel very upset and disappointed by this experience.
Arlo is amazing! Best service ever!
